Greeting earthlings! Roswell, New Mexico, celebrated Purple Day on April 13th. The city of around 49,000 residents were encouraged to dress in purple as they welcomed the Royal Family KIDS RV Tour’s first stop. Silvana and Allen Clark stopped at Classic’s Frozen Custard to share RFK’s mission.
“(The) community was invited to come by … and donate a toy for the birthday party held for all the Roswell campers” said Silvana Clark.
Glenn Garvin, the Vice-President of RFK, spoke to the community and emphasized the importance of their contributions for foster children.
Thanks to the event coordinators Jacob and Laura Roebuck and the volunteers, Roswell was able to gather toys for 50 campers from their community. These toys will be given for the birthday party held for all the campers.
The RFK RV Tour will continue to travel across The United States, contact us here for more information.
